摘要 探讨了粉煤灰、硅粉、磷渣在不同龄期作用下对混凝土强度的影响,进一步得到三者在不同龄期的最佳掺量和最优配比。作者运用正交方法和SPSS软件对试验数据进行线性回归分析,科学地分析粉煤灰、硅粉、磷渣对混凝土强度的影响,得出了多因素条件下混凝土的各个龄期混凝土强度的最优线性回归方程和影响混凝土的主次因素。试验表明:粉煤灰混凝土中加入少量硅粉掺量,早期强度和后期强度与各因素的线性相关性都比较好。硅粉对混凝土强度增长的贡献主要在前期,后期相对较缓慢。研究成果将为粉煤灰、硅粉、磷渣在混凝土中的应用提供必要的数据以及试验支持。 In order to investigate the effects of fly ash,silica fume and phosphorous slag on the strength of concrete under different ages,the optimum dosage and optimum proportion of three kinds of fly ash at different ages were obtained. The author analyzed the influence of fly ash,silica fume and phosphorus slag on the strength of concrete based on test data by adopting linear regression orthogonal analysis method and SPSS software,the primary and secondary factors of optimal linear each age concrete strength of concrete under the conditions of multi factor regression equation and the effect of concrete were determined. The experimental results show that the linear correlation between the early strength and the late strength of fly ash concrete and the factors is better than that of fly ash concrete. The contribution of silica fume to the strength growth of concrete is mainly in the early stage and relatively slow in the later stage. When the concrete is mixed with silica fume and phosphorous slag,the composite pozzolanic effect can be produced,which greatly improves the strength of concrete.
