摘要
介绍了500 MPa级钢筋的生产工艺现状以及德标B500B钢筋的技术要求,研究了试制方案包括炼钢、吹氩、轧钢工序,通过生产试验分别进行了10~28 mm系列7个规格的试制和批量生产。实践证明:轧材外形尺寸合格,轧材屈服强度Rel﹥500 MPa,抗拉强度Rm>630 MPa,最大力伸长率Agt>5%,强屈比Rm/Rel≥1.05,各项性能指标均满足标准要求;完成了10~32 mm系列德标B500B钢筋的产品认证,并取得生产许可证书,成为国内首家完成该产品的企业。
This paper introduces the present situation of the production process of 500 MPa rebar and technical requirements for German standard B500 B rebar, researches the trial production scheme, including steelmaking, argon blowing, rolling process. Through the production test, trial production and batch production of 10~28 series with 7 specifications are carried out. Practice shows that the dimension of rolling material is qualified, yield strength of rolling material Rel 500 MPa, tensile strength Rm630 Mpa, the maximum force elongation Agt5%, ratio of intensity and yield strength Rm/Rel is greater than 1.05, all performance indexes meet the standard requirements and realize product certification of German standard B500 B rebar in 10~32 mm series, and obtain the production license. Thus, this company becomes the the first enterprise finishing the product.
