摘要
通过对HRB500E钢筋强度低批次的结果统计以及对化学成分、金相组织及重量负偏差控制的分析,结合轧制过程参数对强度低的原因进行了分析。分析认为,HRB500E钢筋强度低的原因与加热炉加热温度偏低相关。基于以上分析结果,通过探讨钒在HRB500E钢中的强化作用,对影响其溶解及析出的加热制度进行了分析,在此基础上,改进了加热炉加热工艺,杜绝了HRB500E钢筋强度低的现象。
Based on the statistical results of low strength batches of HRB500 E reinforcing steel and the analysis of chemical composition,non-metallic inclusion and weight,the reasons for low strength of reinforcing steel were analyzed in combination with rolling process parameters.The analysis results shows that the reason for HRB500 E reinforcing steel low intensity is related to the low heating temperature in the reheating furnace.Based on the analysis results above,with the discussion of vanadium function mechanism for the HRB500 E steel,the heating system which influenced dissolution and precipitation were analyzed.On this basis,the heating systems was improved,then the low strength of HRB500 E reinforcing steel was eliminated.
