基于污泥堆肥的紫薇移植基质安全性评价及配方筛选研究 被引量:1

The safety evaluation and screening of sludge compost-based mixed substrates formulation for Lagerstroemia

摘要 采用盆栽试验对污泥堆肥使用安全性进行评价,在此基础之上,通过基于变异系数的权重评价与田口方法相结合,对生长综合指标进行分析,筛选基质配方。结果表明:污泥堆肥的使用会造成土壤镉污染,但由于移栽恢复期,紫薇根部对镉仍具有富集能力,因而,通过2年的生长吸收,可实现土壤环境质量达标;紫薇各生长指标权重中,地径最高,株高最低,且二者均与其他指标形成显著性差异;超过2/3的处理组,紫薇生长综合指数显著高于对照组;污泥堆肥、聚天冬氨酸对于紫薇生长的影响显著,其中污泥堆肥影响程度最高;在这一试验条件下,最佳配方中污泥堆肥、复合肥、杀菌剂及聚天冬氨酸的水平分别为4.5kg、20g、0.3g及1.2‰。 In this study, the pot experiment was used to evaluate the safety of sludge compost. On the basis of this, the weight of growth index for Lagerstroemia was evaluated by using the coefficient of variation, and the formula of sub- strate was optimized through the weight evaluation and the analysis of the composite growth index by Taguchi method. The results showed that, in the course of transplant convalescence, the existence of sludge compost in substrate corre- spondingly led to Cd pollution in soil, however, the root of Lagerstroemia still possessed the bioaccumulation ability for Cd; as a result, the concentration of Cd in soil can be driven down to normal standard which was Grade I1 of soil environ- mental quality standard by the growth of Lagerstroemia within 2 years; the weight of height and ground diameter were significantly different with others while the highest one is latter and the lowest one is former; different substrate varied in the composite growth index, with more than two-thirds of treatment groups were significantly higher than control group; the growth of Lagerstroemia were influenced by sludge compost and polyaspartic acid significantly while the former had the higher impact; the substrate formula of Lagerstroemia which optimized by the Taguchi method was consisted of sludgecompost, fertilizer, fungicide and polyaspartic acid, with corresponding level:4.5 kg, 20 g, 0.3 g and 1.2‰.
