摘要
针对大结构矿房空场嗣后分步充填开采急倾斜厚大矿体的安全性问题,将分步式矿房结构近似为连跨超静定三铰拱和单位面积长细压杆,并根据附加力、结构形变等因素作用,利用极限平衡理论和摩尔库伦准则,推导出矿房宽度b和跨度l的关系式以及阶段高度hcr的临界计算式。以田兴铁矿为例,利用模型得出阶段高度为50 m,一步胶结充填矿房取20 m宽,二步尾砂充填矿房在第一类和第二类矿柱位置处取16 m宽,在第三类矿柱矿房位置处取24 m宽,可保证井下安全生产。
In view of the security of steeply-inclined thick orebody with large structure room and open stope subsequent filling,the step by step room structure is approximately regarded as the multi-span statically indeterminate three hinged arch and long thin pressure bar per unit. According to the additional force,structure deformation and other factors,the limit equilib-rium theory and Moore Kulun criterion are used to deduce the relation formula of the stope width b and l span,and the critical calculating formula of level height hcr. Taking Tianxing Iron Mine for example,the conclusion was drawn as the mining level height being 50 m,the width of one-step cemented backfilling room being 20 m,the width of the first and the second ore pillar at two-step tailing backfilling room being 16 m,and the width of the third pillar 24 m. All that could guarantee the safety of un-derground production.
