摘要
为了研究PVA(聚乙烯醇)纤维体积掺量和再生粗骨料取代率对混凝土试件破坏形态和强度指标的影响规律,以PVA纤维体积掺量和再生粗骨料取代率为变化参数,对10组立方体标准试件和棱柱体标准试件进行了抗压试验。结果表明:PVA纤维再生混凝土立方体试件的脆性明显改善,棱柱体受压试件表现为典型的斜截面剪切破坏;随着再生粗骨料取代率的增大,PVA纤维再生混凝土抗压强度逐渐降低;随PVA纤维体积掺量的增大,PVA纤维再生混凝土抗压强度逐渐提高。基于实测数据,拟合出轴心抗压强度与立方体抗压强度的比值(fc/fcu)和再生骨料取代率及PVA纤维体积掺量之间的换算关系式。
In order to study the influence of PVA(Polyvinyl Alcohol)fiber volume percent and the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate on the failure form and strength index of the concete specimens,PVA fiber volume percent and the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate were designed as variable parameters,and 10 sets of cubic standard specimens and prism standard specimens were set up on compression test.The results show that the brittleness of the PVA fiber recycled aggregate concrete cube specimens is significantly improved,and the prism compression specimens show a typical oblique section shear failure.With the increase of the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate,the compressive strength of PVA fiber recycled aggregate concrete decreases gradually and the compressive strength of PVA fiber recycled aggregate concrete increases gradually with the increase of the volume of PVA fiber.Based on the measured data,the conversion relationship between the ratio of the akial compressive strength to cubic compressive strength(fc/fcu),the replacement rate of recycled aggregate and the volume of PVA fiber content is proposed.
