摘要
虽然类风湿关节炎的发生与炎症有着密不可分的关系,但肥胖现象越来越多的发生在类风湿关节炎患者身上,随着进一步研究发现,肥胖也是一种初级炎症状态,类风湿关节炎、脂肪、炎症三者之间的关系引起了人们的重视。因此,从与炎症相关的脂肪因子——抵抗素入手,作为构建肥胖与类风湿关节炎疾病关系的桥梁,分析其在类风湿关节炎中的作用。
Objective: Although the occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis has a inseparable relationship with inflammation,obesity is occurring in patients with rheumatoid arthritis increasingly.Obesity is also a primary inflammatory state with further research.It has aroused people's attention to the relationship between rheumatoid arthritis,obesity and inflammation.Resistin,one of the fat factors,is a linkage between obesity and rheumatoid arthritis.Thus,we analyzed the role of resistin in rheumatoid arthritis in this paper.
