摘要
既有建筑绿色改造是实现存量建筑可持续发展的重要途径,为了识别既有建筑绿色改造各个阶段中的关键风险,制定风险应对措施,采用基于模糊推理系统的故障模式和影响分析方法(Fuzzy-FMEA)来进行风险识别和评价。在风险识别的基础上,建立模糊规则,通过模糊推理计算风险优先级并排序,确定关键风险,分析关键风险的原因和影响,得到既有建筑绿色改造高风险FMEA清单。结合绿色改造案例和专家访谈结果,总结出既有建筑绿色改造的风险应对措施。
Retrofitting existing buildings to green buildings is an important way to achieve the sustainable development of stock construction, in order to identify key risks in the stages of green building retrofitting and make risk response measures, an improved FMEA method which combined fuzzy inference system and FMEA method was worked out. On the basis of risk identification, establishing the fuzzy rules, the risk priority number (RPN) of risk factors was obtained by fuzzy inference system. The key risks were determined by ranking the RPN of risk factors, and the causes and effects of key risks were analyzed to obtain the high-risk FMEA list. Combined with green retrofit cases and expert interviews, the research summed up the risk response measures.
