摘要
《汤液本草》一书虽为王好古所撰,但却是易水学派张元素、李东垣、王好古这三位医家药学成就的集中体现,书中对许多药物的议论都颇有新意。对于黄芪,王好古认为此药上中下表里无所不至,称其兼为表药、中州药、里药。纵观张、李、王临床用药,既以黄芪补虚,又用之以驱邪,将祛风、寒、热、湿、瘀之药与黄芪同用,使邪气去正气实,而邪不复至。元气虚则百病生,黄芪运用之广,皆因其可充一身之元气,清代王清任受此启发,用大剂黄芪治瘀血证,今之临床或可由此发挥。
Decoction and Material Medica, written by WANG Haogu,is a comprehensive reflection of the achievement on herbalism of ZHANG Yuansu, LI Dongyuan and WANG Haogu who were masters of Yi Shui School. For astragalus, WANG Haogu thought it can affect all over the human body by enriching the triple energizer. Throughout the clinical medication of Dr. ZHANG, Dr. LI and Dr. WANG, astragalus can be used not only to reinforce deficiency, but also expel excess, combined with drugs dispelling pathogenic wind, cold pathogen, heat evil, wet evil, and blood stasis. The deficiency of original qi can cause all kinds of diseases. Astragalus can be used to cure different deseases just because of its function to supply the deficiency of original qi. Enlightened by WANG Haogu＇ s ideas, WANG Qingren, a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty, treated blood stasis syndrome with large dose of astragalus, which can also bring inspirations to today＇ s clinical practice.
