摘要
提出了一种SiO_(2)溶胶改性的方法,通过制备溶胶-乳液体系,在碳纤维表面涂覆了SiC/SiO_(2)复合抗氧化涂层,大大提高了碳纤维的抗氧能力。同时还研究了溶胶配比、放置天数和纳米SiC颗粒含量对涂层性能的影响。通过热重分析,傅里叶红外光谱和X-射线衍射对涂层的抗氧化能力和结构成分进行了表征,并对涂层碳纤维的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,该涂层对碳纤维机械性能影响较小,能有效提高碳纤维的抗氧化能力,将其初始氧化温度提高近300℃,拓宽了碳纤维的应用范围。
A modified sol-gel method was proposed to prepare SiC/SiO_(2)sol-emulsion system.Then composite antioxidant coating was coated at the surface of carbon fiber.The thermal properties,structural and components of the coating were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis,Fourier infrared spectroscopy,and X-ray diffraction.The experimental results show that the coating can improve the antioxidant ability of carbon fiber effectively and expand the application range of carbon fiber without affecting its mechanical properties.
