摘要
现代职业教育体系国家制度建设必须处理好三大关系:政府、学校、企业之间的关系,职业教育系统内部各要素之间的关系,职业教育与外部环境之间的关系。从系统科学的视角审视现代职业教育体系,可以将其视为复杂多元、动态开放的系统,具有适应性与协调性、开放性与动态性、有机性和反馈性等特征,为把握现代职业教育体系的三大关系提供新思路,为构建具有适应需求、有机衔接、多元立交的现代职业教育体系提供新路径,为建设具有革新意义的现代职业教育制度评价体系提供新思想和观念。
To construct the national system of modern vocational education system must deal with the three main relationships：the relationship between the government,the school and the enterprise,the relationship among various elements within the vocational education system,and the relationship between vocational education and external environment.From the perspective of system science,modern vocational education system can be regarded as a complex and diverse,dynamic and open system,with adaptability and coordination,openness and dynamic,organic and feedback characteristics,which can provide new clue for grasping the relationship of modern vocational education system,provide new path for building modern vocational education system with adaptable needs,organic convergence and multidisciplinary interchange,provide new ideas for constructing innovative modern vocational education system evaluation system.
