摘要
通过无氧刺激获得新型培养米糠,即富GABA米糠,并将培养前后米糠分别以一定的比例添加到高脂饲料中。40只大鼠随机分为正常对照组和肥胖模型组,分别喂养基础饲料和高脂饲料,进行造模7周,造模成功后,将肥胖大鼠随机分为3组:肥胖对照组、普通米糠干预组、富GABA米糠干预组。这3组仍以高脂饲料喂养,干预8周后,检测大鼠肝损伤及氧化应激水平,观察肝组织形态学。富GABA米糠组能显著降低大鼠肝指数及肝损伤(P<0.05),并显著增加总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和谷胱甘肽水平(GSH-Px)(P<0.05);富GABA米糠能有效改善肥胖大鼠肝损伤及氧化应激水平。
Cultivated rice bran was prepared by anaerobic stimulus, namely GABA enriched rice bran, and before and after cultivated rice bran were separately added to the high fat diet in certain proportion. 40 rats were randomly divided into control group and obesity group, which were fed with basic diet and high-fat diet respectively. 7 weeks of modeling and after modeling success, obesity group was divided for three groups: obese control group, ordinary rice bran group and GABA enriched rice bran group. The three groups fed with high fat dietand were intervented for eight weeks. The liver damage and oxidative stress level were determined and the morphology of the liver were observed. The results showed that a significant decrease in the liver index and liver damage was observed (P〈0.05), as well as an increase in antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and glutathione (GSH-Px) levels (P〈0.05) on GABA enriched rice bran group. GABA enriched rice bran could effectively improve liver injury and oxidative stress level in obesity rats.
