摘要
教学午餐会是以提高高职院校青年教师教学能力为目的的讨论式创新平台。以常州机电职业技术学院为例,通过对18位参加教学午餐会的教师进行跟踪调查发现,18位教师的教学水平明显提高,学生对18位教师的评教满意率从48%上升到90%。实践表明,教学午餐会确实能够使青年教师意识到自己在以往教学活动中的不足,是高职院校提升青年教师教学能力的有效途径。
Teaching Luncheon Party is a discussion-based innovation platform for the purpose of improving the teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges. Taking Changzhou Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College as an example, through the track survey on 18 teaching teachers participated in Teaching Luncheon Party, it is found that teaching level of 18 teachers is obviously improved, the satisfaction rate of students to 18 teachers rose from 48% to 90%. Practice shows that Teaching Luncheon Party can actually make young teachers be aware of their own disadvantage in the past teaching activities, thus, it is an effective way to improve teaching ability of young teachers of higher vocational colleges.
