摘要
桩基质量难以在施工完工后进行全面检测,对施工过程进行全程监测是保证桩基质量的有效方法,因此开发了桩基施工自动监测系统。该系统采用北斗卫星定位系统实现钻机的自动就位引导,利用北斗定位、倾角传感器、电流互感器等自动化监测手段分别对施工过程中的钻孔深度、提钻速率、桩身垂直度、钻机电流进行实时监测,判断桩基施工过程中各项关键参数是否满足设计要求,对超限值进行提示,并将监测数据实时上传至后端管理平台同步展示,实现了桩基施工过程的自动化、信息化管理。该系统在高速铁路施工项目上进行了试用,其监测数据准确性、各项功能及性能达到了研发目标。
It is difficult to conduct comprehensive inspection of the quality of completed pile foundations.Construction process monitoring is an effective method ensuring pile foundation construction quality.Therefore an automatic monitoring system for pile foundation construction process was developed.This system guides drilling rig locating with the help of BeiDou navigation satellite system. It applies automatic techniques such as BeiDou positioning,angle sensor,current transformer,etc. real time monitoring the key construction parameters such as drilling depth,drilling rate,pile verticality,drilling rig current,then judges whether these parameters meet design requirements,and gives alarms for unqualified parameters.The monitoring data were real time sent to management platform.This system realized the automatic and informational management of pile foundation construction process.It was used on trial on a high speed railway construction project.The practice shows that monitoring data accuracy,system functions and performance achieve the development targets.
