摘要
路基工程智能建造技术作为我国铁路智能建造的重要组成部分,代表了未来路基建设的发展方向。通过对路基工程智能建造技术的总结与展望,系统提出了我国铁路路基工程智能建造总体架构,明确了路基工程智能建造的概念、内涵与特征,建立了以岩土动静力特征识别、参数化设计与基于岩土动力学特征的智能机械作业控制为主线的路基工程智能建造技术体系、数据体系和标准体系,提出了路基工程智能建造在勘察设计、工程施工与建设管理方面的关键技术及重点发展方向,可为路基工程智能建造技术发展提供指引。
As an important part of intelligent construction of railway in China,intelligent construction technology of earthworks represents the future development direction of earthworks construction.Based on the summary and prospect of intelligent construction technology of earthworks,the overall framework of intelligent construction of railway earthworks in China is systematically proposed and the concept,connotation and characteristics of intelligent construction of earthworks are described in this paper.Furthermore,the systems of technology,data and standards of intelligent construction of earthworks are established focusing on the main aspects of identification of geotechnical dynamic and static characteristics,parametric design and intelligent mechanical operation control based on geotechnical dynamic characteristics.Key technologies and key development directions of intelligent construction of earthworks are put forward in the fields of survey and design,engineering construction and construction management.This paper can provide guidance for development of intelligent construction technology of earthworks.
