模拟教学结合问题教学模式在医学临床教学中的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析模拟教学结合问题教学模式在医学临床教学中的应用。方法选取2014级学生42例作为研究对象。按照随机数字法的方式,将其分为实验组与常规组。常规组采取传统临床教学方式,实验组采取模拟教学结合问题教学模式进行教学。对比两组学生的学习成果。结果常规组学生的实践平均成绩为(68.78±6.22)分,理论平均成绩为(70.54±7.46)分;实验组学生的实践平均成绩为(89.87±10.13)分,理论平均成绩为(90.10±9.90)分。实验组学生的实践、理论平均成绩均高于常规组学生,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模拟教学结合问题教学模式在医学临床教学中的应用效果显著,能够显著提升教学质量,优化学生的理论与实践学习成果。 Objective To analyze the application of simulation teaching combined with problem teaching model in medical clinical teaching. Methods 42 cases of 2014 grade students were selected as the research objects. According to the random number method, they were divided into the experimental group and the conventional group. The traditional group adopted the traditional clinical teaching method, the experimental group adopted the simulation teaching and the problem teaching mode to carry on the teaching. The results of the two groups of students were compared. Results The average practice score of the students in th~ conventional group was (68.78v6.22) points, and the theoretical average score was (70.54±7.46) points. The average practice score of students in the experimental group was (89.87± 10.13) points, and the theoretical average score was (90.10±9.90) points. The average scores of practice and theory in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The simulation teaching combined with the problem teaching model in the clinical teaching of medical application effect is remarkable, can significantly improve the quality of teaching, optimize the students' theory and practice learning results.
