临床模拟技能教学在内科技能中的应用观察 被引量:6

The Observation of Application of Simulated Clinical Skill Teaching in Skill of of Internal Medicine

摘要 探讨临床模拟技能教学在医学生内科临床技能操作能力中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法,选取本校2014级本科临床医学专业医学生100例作为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),观察组在临床教学中应用模拟技能教学,对照组应用传统教学法。比较两组医学生实践技能操作成绩、及格率、各分数段人数及所占比例。结果观察组内科临床技能操作考试平均成绩是(82.00±5.67)分较对照组(72.70±8.10)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在内科临床技能操作成绩各分数段中,观察组60~69分数段医学生人数较对照组少,但80~89分数段医学生人数较对照组多,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0051)。结论临床模拟技能教学有助于医学生内科临床技能操作能力的培养。 Objective To study the effect of application of the simulated clinical skill teaching in ability of medical clinical skill operation of medical students.Methods Using random number table method,to choose 100 cases medical students who were undergraduate in grade 2014 in our school,clinical medicine specialty,as the research object,who were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50),the observation group were applicated to simulated skill teaching in clinical teaching,the control group were applicated to traditional teaching method.Comparing practical skill operation result,pass rate,the number and proportion in the range of each scores between two groups medical students.Results The observation group medical clinical skill operation examination average score was higher than the control group,[(82.00±5.67)points vs.(72.70±8.10)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In medicine clinical skill operation result in the range of each scores,the number of medical students of the observation goup in the range of 60~69 score were smaller than the control group,but in the range of 80~89 score were more,difference were statistical significance(P<0.0051).Conclusion Simulated clinical skill teaching helps to cultivate operation ability of medical clinical skill of medical students.
