摘要
板栅作为铅酸蓄电池中重要的组成部分,其性能优劣对电池的整体性能有重要的影响,而铅基合金作为板栅的唯一原料,其研究进展备受研究者们关注。本文综述了铅酸电池铅基合金的发展历程和现状,阐述了含镉合金和含砷合金的淘汰原因。介绍了铅钙合金的优势,综述了在铅钙合金中添加稀土元素的相关研究,以及稀土元素对铅钙合金的性能影响。展望了稀土元素在铅钙合金中的应用前景,并对铅基板栅的未来发展进行了预测和评述。
As one of the most important part in lead acid batteries,the performance of grid is vital to the overall performance of the battery. Besides,as the only raw material,the research progress is also very important to the researchers. The developing history and status of the lead alloys for lead acid battery were summarized,including the out reason of Cd-containing and As-containing lead alloys. The advantages of Pb-Ca alloy were summarized and the effects of the rare-metal element on the Pb-Ca alloys were illustrated. The development prospects were also pointed out.
