摘要
采用拉网铜板栅作为阀控密封铅酸蓄电池(VRLA)的负极,组装了“两正三负”式实验电池。研究了拉网铜板栅对负极活性物质转化过程及对VRLA电池放电容量的影响。结果表明:在低倍率放电情况下,拉网铜板栅VRLA电池可以明显提高电池负极的放电容量;通过EIS研究发现,拉网铜板栅负极具有更好的电化学反应活性;SEM检测结果表明,充电状态下,拉网铜板栅电极中海绵铅结晶颗粒小;放电状态下,拉网铜板栅负极的PbSO4结晶颗粒较小。
VRLA battery with expanded grid of copper was made, which has two positive electrodes and three negative electrodes. The effects of expanded grid of copper on discharge capacity and transformation process of negative active material of the VRLA battery were investigated. The results show that the discharge capacity of expanded grid of copper battery is improved obviously at low discharge rates ; the EIS research describes that expanded grid of cop- per electrode has better electrochemistry activity. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images reveal that the sponge Pb crystals of expanded grid of copper negative electrode are smaller at charge state, and the PbSO4crystals are smaller at discharge state.
