摘要
通过对一款以Gemini型阳离子表面活性剂为稠化剂的耐高温清洁压裂液模拟返排液的研究,发现该款清洁压裂液经过高温剪切后,其破胶液仍然具有很高的表面活性。为了提高该稠化剂的利用效率、降低压裂返排液的处理费用及带来的环境污染问题,通过室内模拟压裂返排液,研究了该压裂返排液作为表面活性剂驱油的可行性。研究结果表明,该模拟返排液降压增注的效果明显,表面活性剂浓度为0.2%~0.65%的模拟返排液可以将采收率提高10.69%~12.50%,具有很好的二次利用价值。
It was found that the gel breaking liquid of a clean fracturing fluid with good thermal stability possesses high surface activity via the study of its simulate flowback liquid,the fluid was prepared by Gemini cationic surfactant.The feasibility study of applying the flowback liquid to the surfactant flooding was carried out so that improving the utilization efficiency of the viscosifier,also reducing the handling expense and solving the environmental pollution problem.The results suggested that the simulate flowback liquid play a great rule in depressurization and augmented injection,the simulate flowback liquid with the surfactant concentration of 0.2% - 0.65% could increase 10.69% - 12.50% of the recovery efficiency,showing a great value of secondary utilization
