摘要
设计一种新型阴离子表面活性剂,通过在强酸或弱酸中交联,得到多功能清洁酸性压裂液(MF-VES)。实验结果表明,在配比为5%HCl+10%CH3OH+6.5%MF-VES+0.5%YH-2条件下,MF-VES压裂液具有黏弹性表面活性剂(VES)的低黏度、高弹性、耐剪切等性能及很强的携砂能力。通过缓蚀剂的筛选评价实验,采用YH-2作为缓蚀剂,能够保证多功能压裂液在施工过程中不对压裂施工设备和管柱造成大的伤害。现场应用结果表明:MF-VES压裂液作业过程伴随酸化过程,可清除近井地带的污染,同时解除近裂缝地带的颗粒运移、基质的塑性应变等作业伤害;提高近裂缝地带的渗透率,在高导流能力的人工裂缝周围创造出一条高渗流带,消除压裂作业带来的伤害。
The multi-function fracturing fluid (MF-VES)is an anionic visco-elastic surfactant and is obtained by cross-linked in the strong acid or weak acid. The MF-VES has the properties of VES fracturing liquid, such as low viscosity, high elasticity and shearing resistance under the condition of the proportion of 5 % HCl + 10% C H3 OH + 6.5 % MF-VES + 0.5 % YH-2, so it has such advantages as low friction, low fluid loss, high propo-carrying capacity and no damage to formation. The evaluation experiments indicate that MF-VES will do less damage to the fracturing equipments and pipe strings using YH-2 as corrosion inhibitor than other inhibitors. The fracturing process using MF-VES is an acidizing process simultaneously. The pollution near the fractured wells can be cleaned out. Meanwhile, the damages of particle motion and plastic strain of matrices near cracks can also be relieved. The permeability near cracks can be enhanced. A high-permeability zone can be created around the artificial cracks with high transmissibility. The damage caused by fracturing can be completely avoided.
