摘要
结合工程实际,通过采用特细砂替代部分机制砂,调整细骨料的级配曲线,使用Ⅱ级风选粉煤灰、S95级磨细矿粉,以及高性能外加剂,在低胶凝材料用量的条件下,配制出大流动性、高保坍C30超高层泵送混凝土。经过原材料选择、工作性能评价、抗压强度测试等方面的研究,确定了掺特细砂的C30超高层泵送混凝土配合比。结果表明,以特细砂替代部分机制砂能够改善混凝土性能,满足工程施工要求,具有良好的经济效益和推广意义。
Based on the engineering practice,by the use of special fine sand instead of part of the mechine-made sand,fine aggregate gradation curve adjustment,fly ash of two stage of air separation and grade S95 ground slag,and the high performance admixture in low cementitious material,the C30 low grade high-rise pumping concrete is prepared with the performance of high fluidity and low loss. Based on the raw material selection,performance evaluation and research on compressive strength test,con-crete mix proportion of C30 super high-rise pumping concrete doped superfine sand pump is determined. The results show that the characteristics of the fine sand replacement mechanism of sand can improve concrete performance,which can meet the requirements of the construction and has good economic value and significance of generalization.
