泵送特细砂混凝土在超高层建筑中的应用研究 被引量:6

PUMPING ESPECIALLY FINE SAND CONCRETE APPLIED RESEARCH IN HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS

摘要 特细砂混凝土在实际工程中应用较少,超高层建筑对混凝土的泵送性能要求非常严格。研究发现在只有两种连续级配石子(5~25mm和5~16mm)的情况下,按1:1比例复配的特细砂混凝土施工性能和力学性能均最好;掺加粉煤灰会降低混凝土的早期内部温度,适宜掺量为26%~28%;特细砂混凝土的砂率范围宜在34%~36%,在进行超过100m的超高层泵送时,砂率宜取36%,以减小坍落度损失。 Especially fine sand concrete has less application in practical engineering, especially in the high rise buildings, which is very strict in the performance of concrete pump delivery. In this paper, it is found that in the case of two continuous graded pebbles (5-25mm and 5-16mm), the ratio is 1 : 1, and the construction performance and mechanical properties of especially fine sand concrete are the best. The mixing of fly ash can reduce the early internal temperature of concrete, and the suitable amount is 26%-28%. The sand ratio range of the especially fine sand concrete should be between 34%-36%. The sand rate is 36% and the slump loss is small when it is carried out over 100m of super-high pump.
