摘要
采用自制的液晶聚合物(LCP)增韧改性环氧树脂/聚酯纤维复合材料。利用冲击试验机、万能试验机、动态力学分析仪(DMA)、热失重分析(TGA)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对增韧复合材料进行力学性能及热性能分析,并研究了增韧机理。研究结果表明:LCP的加入会使复合材料的冲击强度提高,韧性变好,当LCP质量分数为5%时,其冲击强度相比不添加LCP的复合材料时提高了88.3%;LCP的加入在降低储能模量的同时提高了复合材料的玻璃化转变温度,5%失重温度也有所提高;LCP的加入使得复合材料冲击断口变得粗糙,有利于吸收冲击能量。
Epoxy resin/polyester fiber( PET) composites are toughened by self-made liquid crystal polymer( LCP). The mechanical properties and thermal properties of toughened composites are characterized by impact test machine, universal testing machine, dynamic mechanical analysis( DMA),Thermogravimetric Analysis( TGA),and SEM. The results show that the thermal stability of LCP is good. The addition of LCP can improve the impact strength of the composites. When the mass fractron LCP is 5%,the impact strength of the composites is increased by 88. 3% compared with that without LCP. With the addition of LCP,the storage modulus is decreased. Meanwhile the glass transition temperature and the 5% weight loss temperature are increased. The addition of LCP makes the impact fracture of composites become rough and is beneficial to absorb impact energy.
