摘要
采用双辊混炼-模压成型的方法制备了硫酸钙晶须/PVC硬质复合材料,研究了硫酸钙晶须用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着硫酸钙晶须用量的增加,试样拉伸强度、弯曲强度逐渐下降,冲击强度、热变形温度先升后降,弯曲弹性模量和维卡软化温度呈升高趋势,且热稳定性明显提高。
Calcium sulfate whisker/PVC rigid composites were prepared by twin-roU mixing and compression molding. The effects of calcium sulfate whisker amount on the properties of the composites were studied. The results showed that with the increase of calcium sulfate whisker amount, the tensile strength and flexural strength of the composites decreased gradually, the impact strength and thermal de- composition temperature first rose and then decreased, the flexural modulus and Vicat softening tempera- ture increased, and the thermal stability was improved obviously.
