预时效及烤漆硬化处理对6016铝合金显微组织及硬度的影响 被引量:10

摘要 针对车身覆盖件用6016铝合金固溶处理后自然时效过程导致的硬化问题,研究了预时效温度对自然时效过程及后续烤漆硬化过程中硬度的影响,并通过光学显微镜、透射电镜进行了微观精细结构观察。结果表明:随自然时效时间的延长,铝合金硬度呈现升高的趋势,且前期升高速率极快;经80℃×4 h的预时效处理,自然时效14天后硬度值最小,而人工时效后硬度增量最大;自然时效过程中过饱和固溶原子发生聚集形成GP区,经人工时效处理后,晶内有亚稳强化相析出。 Based on the negative hardening effect of natural aging process after solution treatment of 6016 aluminum alloy,the influence of pre-aging temperature on evolution of natural aging hardness and subsequent bake hardening process was studied. The fine microstructure was investigated by means of OM,SEM and TEM and the hardness was tested by micro-hardness tester. The results indicate that the hardness shows increasing trend during the natural aging process,and has sharp increasing rate at the first stage. After pre-aging treated at 80 ℃ for4 h,the hardness value after natural aging process is the lowest,but the bake hardened value is the highest. The GP zone is formed during the natural aging process based on the accumulation of atomics,and metal-stable strengthening phase is precipitated during the artificial aging process.
