摘要
介绍了铝、镁合金材料在汽车零部件上的轻量化应用和优势性能,重点介绍汽车铝、镁合金材料零部件各种先进的制造技术,指出其工艺的优缺点并展望了其技术研究的方向,最后对铝、镁合金材料在汽车工业上的应用前景做了全面分析。
The automobile spare part lightweight application and the superiority performance of the aluminummagnesium alloy material were introduced.All kinds of advanced manufacture techniques of the aluminum-magnesium alloy used for the automobile spare part were mainly introduced,whose strong and weak points were proposed and research direction was pointed out.Finally,the application prospect of the aluminum-magnesium alloy material in automobile industry was overall analyzed.
