摘要
研究了重复固溶处理对GH536合金板材显微组织、不同温度下的拉伸性能、持久性能以及弯曲振动疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:重复固溶处理会使晶粒长大,室温拉伸性能降低,但对高温拉伸性能的影响较小,同时重复固溶处理可改善板材的持久性能和弯曲振动疲劳性能。结合实际工况推断其可以满足航空发动机零件的使用要求。
The effect of repeat solution treatment on microstructure,tensile properties and stress rupture properties at different temperature and bending vibration fatigue properties of GH536 alloy plates was investigated. The results show that repeat solution treatment can make the grain grow up again,reduce the tensile properties at room temperature,but less to reduce the tensile properties at the high temperature,meanwhile,and can improve the stress rupture properties and bending vibration fatigue properties. Combined with actual working conditions,the GH536 alloy plates can meet the requirements of aero-engine components manufacturing after repeat solution treatment.
