摘要
通过制备不同截面尺寸的二代含RE单晶高温合金精铸试样,研究了不同测试条件下截面尺寸对单晶高温合金持久性能的影响。结果表明,1 100℃/130 MPa条件下,由于剧烈氧化作用,来源于相同的单铸大试棒的1 mm板状试样和准5 mm标准大试样的持久性能存在显著尺寸效应,而在980℃/250 MPa条件下不存在显著尺寸效应。无论在1 100℃/130 MPa,还是980℃/250 MPa条件下,叶身取1 mm厚板状试样和单铸大试棒取1 mm厚板状试样持久性能相当,冶金组织效应不显著。
Re-contained second-generation single-crystal cast bars with different cross-section area were prepared. The effect of cross-section area on the stress rupture property under several test conditions was studied. The results reveal that the scale effect of 1 mm tabular specimen and mm in diameter standard bar specimen from the Same cast bar is obvious under the condition of 1 100℃/130 MPa, while it is opposite under the condition of 980℃/250 MPa, due to the severe oxidation effect. The stress rupture property of 1 mm tabular specimen from airfoil and mm standard bar specimen from cast bar is similar under the condition of either 1 100℃/130 MPa or 980 ℃/250 MPa, indicating that the microstructure effect is not remarkable.
