聚丙烯纤维对水泥土抗压强度的影响效应探究 被引量:2

摘要 聚丙烯纤维是一种强度高、弹性好、耐腐蚀性的合成纤维。本文通过在水泥土中添加聚丙烯纤维来提高其抗压强度,以纤维长度、添加量、灰土比、养护龄期等变量对水泥土的抗压性能进行试验探究。结果表明:添加一定量的聚丙烯纤维可提高水泥土的单轴抗压强度,纤维含量过多或长度过大时反而对抗压产生不利影响。最终得出聚丙烯纤维较优掺入长度为12mm,最优掺量为1.0%,该种配比下,较为合理的灰土比为26%,此时纤维水泥土较素水泥土相比,除7d龄期外,抗压强度均提高30%左右。 Polypropylene fiber is a kind of synthetic fiber with high strength, good elasticity and corrosion re- sistance. In this paper, the compressive strength of the cement soil was increased by adding polypropylene fiber, and the compressive strength of the cement soil was studied by using the fiber length, the amount of added, the ra- tio of lime to soil and the curing age. The results show that the addition of a certain amount of polypropylene fiber can improve the uniaxial compressive strength of cement soil, but the fiber content is too large or the length is too large. Finally obtains the better mixing polypropylene fiber length is 12mm, the best dosage is 1% , the ratio, rea- sonable soil ratio was 26% , the fiber cement soil cement soil is compared, in addition to the 7d age period, the compressive strength increases about 30%.
