玻璃纤维水泥土抗冻性能试验研究 被引量:12

Experimental study on frost resistance of glass fiber reinforced cemented soil

摘要 在寒冷地区,纤维水泥土的物理力学性质会受到冻融循环作用的影响。本文通过冻融循环试验和无侧限抗压强度试验,研究了玻璃纤维水泥在冻融循环作用下的力学性质。试验研究结果表明,在水泥土中加入质量掺入比为0.5%的玻璃纤维时,水泥土的无侧限抗压强度有所提高;掺入不同长度的玻璃纤维,无侧限抗压强度提高的程度不同,在本试验条件下,最优掺入长度为3mm;未添加玻璃纤维的水泥土经过3次、6次、11次、15次、20次和24次冻融循环后,强度分别下降了5.29%、3.21%、6.84%、11.87%、33.60%和46.66%,而添加玻璃纤维的水泥土在冻融循环作用下,强度变化很小,由此可知,玻璃纤维的加入可以有效地提高水泥土的抗冻性;但在同等掺量条件下,掺入玻璃纤维的长度对水泥土的抗冻性能的影响没有显著差别。本文的研究,能够为玻璃纤维水泥土在冻融环境中的应用提供一定的理论基础。 In cold regions,the physical and mechanical properties of fiber reinforced cemented soil are affected by the freeze-thaw cycle.In order to study the frost resistance of glass fiber reinforced cemented soil,a series of freeze-thaw cycle tests and unconfined compressive strength tests were undertaken.The experimental research result shows that the unconfined compressive strength of cemented soil is improved when the glass fiber is added with the ratio of 0.5%by weight of soil.Unconfined compressive strength increases differently with the incorporation of different lengths of glass fiber.In this research,the optimal incorporation length is 3 mm.The strength of cemented soil decreased by 5.29%,3.21%,6.84%,11.87%,33.60%and 46.66%after 3 cycles,6 cycles,11 cycles,15 cycles,20 cycles and 24 cycles of freeze–thaw,respectively.However,there is a little change in the strength of glass fiber reinforced cemented soil under freeze-thaw cycles.It can be achieved that the addition of glass fibers can improve the frost resistance of cemented soil effectively.In this study,it has been found that the length of glass fiber has no noteworthy effect on the frost resistance of cemented soil.The research in this paper can provide a reference for the application of glass fiber reinforce cemented soil in freeze-thaw environment.
