金珍滴眼液联合复方右旋糖酐70滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床疗效被引量：3

摘要目的探讨金珍滴眼液联合复方右旋糖酐70滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法选取靖安县中医院2015年11月—2016年7月收治的干眼症患者72例,按照随机数字法将患者分为对照组与研究组,各36例。对照组患者采用单纯复方右旋糖酐70滴眼液治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用金珍滴眼液,两组患者均以2周为1个疗程。比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、双眼基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)结果、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分。结果研究组患者症状改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者BUT与SIT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组患者BUT与SIT高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者SF-36各项评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金珍滴眼液联合复方右旋糖酐70滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床疗效确切,可有改善患者不适症状,提高患者生活质量。
