摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理工具在提高中医护理技术临床推广应用的效果。方法运用PDCA循环工具对中医护理技术临床推广情况及存在问题进行分析与改进,提高中医护理技术的使用率。结果 2016年中医护理技术临床推广应用显著提升,护理人员操作准确性和规范化明显提高。结论 PDCA循环管理工具可有效提高中医护理技术临床推广应用,确保中医护理技术的疗效和护理安全.
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management tools in improving the clinical application of TCM nursing technology. Methods Using PDCA circulation tools to analyze and improve the clinical promotion situation and existing problems of TCM nursing technology, improve the utilization rate of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology. Results In 2016, the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology was signifcantly improved, and the operation accuracy and standardization of nursing staf were signifcantly improved. Conclusion PDCA cycle management tool can effectively improve the clinical application of TCM nursing technology, and ensure the efcacy of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology and nursing safety
