摘要
目的:通过中西医联合治疗背景期糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR),并分析探讨治疗结果。方法:选取已确诊为2型糖尿病的患者分为糖尿病视网膜病变背景期Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,分别为20只眼,给予羟苯磺酸钙0.3g日三次口服,同时给予中药治疗,用药前后分别给予眼底照相检查视网膜各象限视网膜内出血数量及OCT检查,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:经过三个月的治疗后,糖尿病视网膜病变背景期Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的患者均有不同程度好转,出血点及出血斑、微血管瘤数量明显减少,背景Ⅲ期黄斑区视网膜厚度有所减轻,统计分析结果有意义。结论:羟苯磺酸钙联合中药治疗背景期糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著。
Objective: To analyze the treatment results through the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Patients who had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes were divided into 20 patients with diabetic retinopathy at the background I,II and III,and 0.3 g of calcium benzenesulfonate was given orally three times. At the same time,Chinese medicine was given before and after treatment. The number of retinal hemorrhage and OCT were examined by fundus photography. The results were analyzed statistically. Results: After three months of treatment,diabetic retinopathy background I,II,III patients have varying degrees of improvement,bleeding and bleeding spots,microvascular tumor significantly reduced the number of background III macular retinal thickness has been reduced,Statistical analysis results are meaningful. Conclusion: Dihydroxybenzenesulfonate combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy at the background.
