摘要
文章从温化法的理论角度探讨其在糖尿病微血管病变中的应用。阐述糖尿病微血管病变的基本病机以气阴两虚为常,肝郁脾虚、脾肾阳虚,痰瘀互结、络脉瘀阻为变,治疗上宜法当温化,伍用补气、行气、化湿、利水、化瘀等法,并从温阳化气调肝脾、温阳化湿健脾阳、温阳利水补肾阳、温阳活血通血络4个方面具体阐述,为中医药防治糖尿病微血管并发症提供新的诊疗思路与方法。
This article discussed the application of warming and resolving method in diabetic microangiopathy.The basic pathogenesis of diabetic microangiopathy is characterized by deficiency of Qi and Yin,liver depression,spleen deficiency,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,blood stasis of collaterals and blood stasis.The treatment should be treated with warming and resolving method,and tonifying Qi,regulating Qi,resolving dampness,promoting diuresis and removing blood stasis methods are adopted.Four aspects including warming Yang and regulating Qi and regulating liver and spleen,warming Yang,resolving dampness and strengthening spleen Yang,warming Yang and promoting water to replenish kidney Yang,warming Yang,promoting blood circulation and activating blood circulation were discussed to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of diabetic microvascular complications.
