摘要
[目的/意义]移动图书馆信息接受情境与信息行为适配是移动图书馆信息服务的核心和关键,动态掌握二者适配关系有助于提升移动图书馆信息服务的有效性和针对性,实现情境再造和对用户行为的引导调控。[方法/过程]以移动图书馆信息接受情境构建模式为基础,提出了移动图书馆信息接受情境与信息行为的柔性逻辑关联的适配机理,并对二者的适配演化和适配路径深度分析。[结果/结论]以上海交通大学图书馆2016年毕业季活动、超星移动图书馆和上海交通大学李政道教授获诺贝尔奖专题展览活动3个案例对移动图书馆情境与用户信息行为的生态适配进行案例分析,指出二者生态适配有助于促进知识创新和服务增值。
[Purpose/significance] The matching of mobile library information acceptance context and user information behavior is the core of mobile library information services. By dynamically grasping their adaptation relationship,mobile library can enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of information service,realize context recreation,and guide user behavior. [Method/process] Based on the construction of mobile library information acceptance context model,the paper proposes a flexible adaptive mechanism of the logical association between information acceptance context and information behavior,and analyzes their adaptive path evolution. [Method/process] Three cases are used for the empirical analysis of the ecological adaptive model,pointing out that the ecological adaptation of mobile library context and users＇ information behavior helps to promote knowledge innovation and service value.
