摘要
高水平科技智库建设是中国特色新型智库建设的重要组成部分,而学习国外高水平科技智库的成熟管理经验对建设我国高水平科技智库具有重要意义。本文利用文献调研法、案例分析法,从管理架构、项目运营、资金来源等方面比较分析国外6家高水平科技智库的组织与运行机制。根据我国高水平科技智库建设的需求,从研究质量、研究客观性、影响力三个方面提出建议。
High-end science and technology think tanks are important parts of new types of think tanks with Chinese characteristics. The successful management experience of foreign high-end science and technology think tanks will enlighten the development of China＇s high-end science and technology think tanks. With literature review and the case study method, this paper compared 6 foreign high-end science and technology think tanks in terms of their managerial structure, project management and financial resources. According to the needs of Chiua＇s high-end science and technology think tanks, this paper put forward some suggestions from aspects of study quality, independence and influence.
