关节臂在矿用减速器测量中的应用 被引量:3

Application of Joint Arm in Mine-used Reducer Measurement

摘要 介绍了关节臂式坐标测量机的结构原理,比较了三坐标测量与常规测量的区别,应用关节臂式坐标测量机测量了矿用减速器浮动密封配合面的尺寸偏差、止口同轴度,分析了减速器漏油原因,并采取了处理措施,解决了减速器漏油问题。 Introduced the structure principle of the joint arm coordinate measuring machine ,compared the difference between joint arm measurement and conventional measurement. By using coordinate measuring machine ,the floating seal fit plans size deviation and spigot concentricity of the mine-used reducer was measured by using the joint arm coordinate measuring machine. The reason for the reducer leaked oil was analyzed,measures were taken to deal with the problem,the problem of the reducer leaked oil was solved.
