摘要
介绍了一种新型的汽车前驱主减速器柔性装配线中配备的差速器垫片测量机。该设备采用计算机控制、智能化测量,在主减速器主、被动齿轮正确啮合时,测量主减速器壳体内轴和工艺轴承之间的垫片厚度。对测量机中的测量误差进行了深入的研究,通过建立运动学模型并利用ABAQUS软件进行仿真模拟,提出了测量机测量误差产生的误差源以及优化方法,大大提高了测量机的精度。
The differential mechanism gasket measuring machine for the gasket of main reducer’s shell is introduced,which is fitted on the new flexible assembly line of the main reducer of automobile’s forequarter.The machine controlled by a computer can measure intelligently the total thickness of gasket which is placed between the inner spindle of the main reducer’s shell and the process bearing when the active gear and the passive gear mesh correctly,For the metrical error is investigated thoroughly,established the mathematic model and simulation with ABAQUS,introduced the error source of the mechanism and optimum method,the measure precision improves greatly.
