摘要
高职教育内涵发展的过程需要不断消耗和占用实践教学资源,优质、充足的实践教学资源对高职人才培养具有重要意义。针对高职院校实践教学资源配置与共享使用中仍存在明显滞后的现象,从实践教学资源共享的必要性入手,探讨了高职院校实践教学资源共享及优化配置面临的问题;并提出完善高职教育评价体系、创新实践教学资源优化配置措施和构建高职园区实践教学资源共享平台等策略。
The process of the connotative development of vocational education needstion and occupancy of practical teaching resources, and the high-quality and sresources are great significance to the cultivation of vocational talents. In light of obvious lag in distribu-tion and sharing of practical teaching resources in vocational coHeges , this paper starts with the necessityof sharing of teaching resources , discusses the problems confronted in sharing and rational distribution ofpractical teaching resources in vocational colleges. This paper , based on the lagging phenomenon of sha-ring and optimal configuration of practical teaching resources in higher vocational college , also puts for-ward the strategies to improve the the evaluation system of vocational novating the measures for rational distribution of practical teaching resources and constructing a platform for sharing of practical teaching resources in vocational colleges.
