摘要
以苦瓜为试材,清水处理为对照,采用100 mmol·L-1Na Cl盐胁迫结合喷施外源激素的方法,测定苦瓜幼苗的生理生化、形态指标,以筛选最佳缓解盐胁迫的外源激素及浓度。结果表明:随着盐胁迫时间的延长,苦瓜幼苗地上鲜重、壮苗指数降低,地下鲜重变化不明显,植物体内丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸含量明显增加,可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖及叶绿素、叶绿素a/b随着盐分的积累而降低。喷施外源激素可缓解盐胁迫对植株的危害,其中以50 mg·L-1GA3处理效果最好,能明显降低盐胁迫对苦瓜幼苗的膜氧化损伤,增加生物量的积累,提高植株抗盐害能力。
Upon treatment of 100 mmol· L-1 NaCl salt stress together with spraying of exogenous hormones, the physiological, bio- chemical, and morphological indexes of bitter gourd (Monwrdica charantia L. ) seedlings were compared to those treated with water as the control in order to find out the best exogenous hormone and its concentration to alleviate salt stress. The results showed that with the prolongation of salt stress, the above ground fresh weight and vigor index of bitter gourd seedlings decreased with no obvious change on underground fresh weight. The MDA and proline contents increased significantly; while soluble protein, soluble sugar, chlorophyll, chlorophyll a/b decreased with accumulation of salt. Spraying exogenous hormones could reduce the seedling damage caused by salt stress. 50 mg · L-1 GA3 produced the best result by significantly reduced membrane oxidation damage, increased ac- cumulation of biomass, and increased seedling capacity to tolerate salt stress.
