摘要
[目的]研究外源ABA对盐胁迫下番茄幼苗生理特性的影响。[方法]以番茄幼苗为材料,研究外源ABA对100mmol/LNaCl盐胁迫下番茄幼苗氧化损伤和保护酶活性的影响。[结果]0.05mmol/LABA处理能明显缓解100mmol/LNaCl盐胁迫伤害,使叶片MDA含量降低34.01%,细胞膜透性降低42.42%,SOD、POD和CAT活性分别提高30.99%,45.69%和30.29%。较低浓度(0.01mmol/L)和较高浓度(0.10、0.15mmol/L)ABA处理的有效作用整体上明显降低。[结论]0.05mmol/LABA处理能明显缓解盐胁迫对番茄幼苗的氧化损伤,提高膜保护酶活性,增强幼苗的抗盐胁迫能力。ABA的作用具浓度效应。
[Objective] The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of exogenous ABA on physiological characteristics of tomato seedlings under salt stress.[Method] 100 mmol/L NaCl was used to produce the salt pressure.The effects on oxidative damage to leaves and protective enzyme activities of tomato seedlings under different concentration of ABA were investigated.[Result]The damage to tomato seedlings caused by the salt stress of 100 mmol/L NaCl was significantly reduced in the presence of 0.05 mmol/L ABA.Specifically,MDA content in leaves and the level of cell membrane permeability were decreased by 34.01% and 42.42 %,respectively.The enzyme activities of SOD,POD and CAT in leaves were increased by 30.99 %,45.69 % and 30.29 %,respectively.When treated with lower concentration(0.01 mmol/L)and higher concentration(0.10,0.15 mmol/L)of ABA,the alleviating effects were reduced obviously entirety.[Conclusion] Under salt stress,0.05 mmol/L ABA significantly alleviated the oxidative damage to leaves and enhanced the protective enzyme activities of tomato seedlings.Thereby,the salt-resistance capacity of seedlings was enhanced.There was a concentration effect of ABA.
