摘要
松厚度和吸收性能是评价造纸法再造烟叶质量的重要依据,具有高的松厚度和吸收性能意味着可提高填充值,提高卷烟烟支饱满度,减少烟丝耗用量;高吸收性不仅可使烟丝充分燃烧,降低有害物质,也可使片基在涂布过程中充分吸收涂布液,保证良好的涂布效果。本文主要论述了松厚度和吸收性能对造纸法再造烟叶质量的重要意义,并从原料、打浆工艺、抄造配比、加填助留、涂布等方面提出了相关策略,用以改善产品的吸收性能。
Absorbability is an important property of reconstituted tobacco products.High absorption performance with high filling value can increase the fullness of cigarettes,reduce the amount of tobacco consumption and make tobacco completely burned to reduce harmful substances.It also allows the coating substrate fully absorbing in coating process.In this paper,the importance of absorption performance of the quality of reconstituted tobacco was summarized,and the related strategies for improving the absorption performance of reconstituted tobacco sheet were reviewed from the aspects of raw material,beating process,furnish composition,filler and retention aids and coating.
