摘要
本课题主要研究在热固性树脂浸渍纸高压装饰层积板(HPL)生产中使用的亚光脱模纸。对原纸进行底涂、压光,得到底涂纸。在底涂纸上分别涂布6种脱模剂,测试6种面涂纸性能指标。在底涂剂中加入碳酸钙,调节面涂纸的光泽度。研究结果表明,底涂碳酸钙添加量15%,面涂采用5号溶剂型有机硅树脂和锚固剂添加量5%,自制亚光脱模纸脱模次数为8次,达到进口产品指标要求。
In this study,matt demoulding paper for decorative high-pressure laminates(HPL)production was studied.The base paper was coated and calendered to obtain base coated paper.Six kinds of mold release agents were coated on the base coated paper,and the performance indexes were tested.Calcium carbonate was added to the primer to adjust the gloss of surface coated paper.The results showed that the addition of calcium carbonate in the primer was 15%.The self-made matt demoulding paper was made by using No.5 solvent-based silicone resin and 5%anchoring agent.The demoulding times of self-made matte demoulding paper was 8 times,meeting the demand of imported products.
