摘要
[目的/意义]在我国高等教育改革和发展大背景下,高校智库学术共同体建设为"作为学术共同体的大学"的回归提供了"试验田"。[方法/过程]以6所国家首批高端高校智库的建设经验为例,分析高校智库建设路径,从治理结构、研究议题、学科领域、人才培养等方面进行深入探讨。[结果/结论]高校智库通过建立以学术权力为主导的治理结构、面向现实问题开展决策咨询研究、开展跨学科研究、与社会对话、开展人才培养等建设路径,成功打造了高校智库学术共同体。
[Purpose/significance] Under the background of the reform and development of higher education in our country, the construction of the intellectual community of colleges and universities provides the 'test field' for the return of 'universities as the academic community'. [Method/process] This paper took six national highend universities-affiliated think tanks as examples to analyze the construction of a think tank path, governance structure, research topics and subject areas, and the talents training, etc. [Result/conclusion] it can be seen that the university-affiliated think tanks successfully create a university-affiliated think tank academic community through the establishment of academic power-oriented governance structure, focusing on the decision-making consulting research, carrying out interdisciplinary research and social dialogues, and taking personnel training and other construction paths.
