摘要
用平衡法测定测定了常压下棕榈酸异丙酯+异丙醇+水三元混合物体系的液液相平衡数据。通过AspenPlus软件,用NRTL和UNIQUAC活度系数模型对该三元物系的液液相平衡实验数据进行了关联,回归得到了该三元物系的二元交互参数,并用回归得到的模型参数,对该三元物系的液液相平衡进行了关联,将计算值与实验值进行比较,结果表明UNIQUAC模型能够很好的关联实验数据,其平均相对误差ARD小于NRTL模型的ARD。为棕榈酸异丙酯的分离提纯和工程设计提供了必不可缺少的工程基础数据。
Liquid-liquid equilibrium data of the isopropyl palmitate+ isopropanol+ water ternary system under atmospheric pressure were measured with a balance method. The experimental data were correlated with NRTL and UNIQUAC models by Aspen Plus software, and binary interaction parameters of the ternary system were obtained. The calculated results agree well with the experimental results, and UNIQUAC simulation results seem better than that of NRTL. The results provide necessarily basic engineering data for the separation, purification and engineering design of isopropyl palmitate.
