摘要
                
                    以活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,棕榈酸和异丙醇为原料,采用4A分子筛吸附脱水技术合成棕榈酸异丙酯。通过单因素试验,考察了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对酯化反应的影响,并通过正交试验优化确定最佳合成工艺条件为:n(异丙醇)∶n(棕榈酸)=2.5∶1、活性炭负载对甲苯磺酸的用量为棕榈酸和异丙醇总质量的8%、反应温度为78~98℃、反应时间为5h。在该反应条件下棕榈酸的转化率为97.33%。
                
                Isopropyl palmitate was prepared using palmitic acid and isopropanol as raw material,p-TSA supported on active carbon as catalyst and with 4Azeolites as dehydration adsorbent.The effects of reaction conditions,such as mole ratio of isopropanol to palmitic acid,catalyst amount and reaction time,were investigated by single factor test.The optimum reaction conditions obtained by or thogonal design method were as follows:n(isopropanol)∶n(palmitic acid)= 2.5∶1,p-TSA supported on active carbon was 8%of the total mass of isopropanol and palmitic acid,reaction temperature was less than 98℃,and the reaction time was 5h.The conversion of palmitic acid reached 97.33%.
