摘要
考虑管片结构质量的重要性,对管片衬砌环上浮问题进行了原因总结和机理分析。以衡阳市合江套隧道工程实例为依托,通过现场监控量测,发现引起管片衬砌环上浮的主要因素为建筑空隙、地层环境、盾构姿态、壁后注浆。通过对管片衬砌环上浮机理分析,推导出了上浮量求值公式,进而求得其上浮速度及上浮速率值。在掌握引发管片衬砌环上浮因素和上浮机理的前提下,提出了相应的施工控制对策,以期为今后类似盾构隧道工程施工提供经验借鉴。
Considering the importance of the quality of the segment structure, segment lining up problems are analyzed and summarize the reasons and mechanism.In Hengyang city of river tunnel project as an example based on the set, through monitoring,found that the main factors causing the segment lining for the construction of floating space, ground environment, shield posture,grouting.Through the analysis of the segment lining up mechanism, deduces the floating amount evaluation formula, and the floating rate and floating rate value.In the premise of segment lining up master trigger factors and floating mechanism, put forward the corresponding countermeasures to control the construction, in order to provide similar shield tunnel construction experience.
