摘要
目的观察桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊与香菊胶囊联合治疗急性分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法选择2016年5月至2017年5月门诊治疗的多涕的急性分泌性中耳炎患者98例(128耳),随机分为治疗组(联合治疗,49例,59耳)和对照组(常规治疗,49例69耳),两组同时给予常规口服药物抗生素、鼻喷雾剂治疗,治疗组另给予柠桉蒎和香菊胶囊,对照组另给予盐酸氨溴索,治疗后复诊,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组49例,治愈34例,好转13例,无效2例,总有效率95.92%;对照组治愈24例,好转11例,无效14例,总有效率71.43%。两组检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合用药治疗急性分泌性中耳炎可显著提高疗效,缩短病程,改善听力,值得临床运用。
Objective To observe clinical effect based on combined treatment of acute secretory otitis media with eucalyptol-limonene-pinene enteric soft capsule and cachet of fragrant chrysanthemum. Methods 128 ears of 98 patients who had acute secretory 0titis media with much nasal mucus from May 2016 to May 2017 and divided into two groups at random- 59 ears of 49 patients with combined treatment as a study group and 69 ears of 49 patients with conventional treatment as comparison group. The two groups were treated with normal intake antibiotics and nasal spray at the same time. The study group got more treatment with eucalyptol- limonene-pinene enteric sof- capsule and cachet of fragrant chrysanthemum. And Comparison group got more treatment with ambroxol hydrochloride. Subsequent visit after treatment, evaluated the effects. Results 49 patients in study group, cured 34, got better 13, no effect 2, total effective rate 95.92%; In comparison group, cured 24, got better 11, no effect 14, total effective rate 71.43%. Effect on two groups is of significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment on patients with acute secretory otitis media can improve the curative effect significantly and shorten course and improve listening. It deserves to be adopted in clinical application.
