摘要
采用高效液相法测定云南小远志、丽江远志、西南远志3种远志属植物的根,以及全草中3,6'-二芥子酰基蔗糖、tenuifoliside C、3'-E-3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂酰基-6-苯基蔗糖3种糖酯类化合物含量。结果表明:3种远志属植物中3个糖酯类成分在根中含量均较全草高,其中3,6'-二芥子酰基蔗糖作为中药远志质量控制的主要活性成分之一,其在小远志及丽江远志根中含量分别为8.32、6.52 mg/g,高于药材规定的5 mg/g;本研究结果为远志属植物的药用价值开发利用提供了参考依据。
The content of 3, 6'-disinapoy sucrose, tenuifoliside C and 3'-O-[ (E)-3, 4, 5-trimethoxycinnamoyl ]-β-D-fructofuranosyl-(2→1 )-(6-O-benzoyl)-α-D-glueopyranoside in root of the 3 species of Polygala japonica, P. lijiangensis and P. wattersii were determined by HPLC. Results show that the contents of 3 sucrose esters were higher in the roots than the whole plant both in the 3 plants of Polygala. The contents of 3, 6'-disinapoy sucrose reached to 8.32 mg/g and 6.52 mg/g in the roots of P. japonica and P. lijiangensis, higher than the medicinal provisions which did not allowed less than 5 mg/g in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The study provides basis for the medicinal value and the reference for the development and utilization of Polygala.
